Job Summary

Supporting ongoing marketing initiatives during a maternity leave, the part-time to full-time Shopper Marketing Manager will manage shopper marketing execution across key retail accounts, collaborating with sales and vendor partners on in-store and digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own shopper marketing execution across 1 to 3 key retailers, supporting both in-store and digital campaigns
  • Partner with Sales leadership and retail teams to align on promotions, merchandising, and cross-channel strategy
  • Manage a large vendor ecosystem, ensuring strong communication and performance tracking for multiple campaigns
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong shopper marketing experience, ideally in a CPG environment
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales teams and retail partners
  • Execution-focused mindset with experience managing multiple campaigns
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and insights
  • Familiarity with in-store activations and retail media networks
