Job Summary

A company is looking for a STD Claims Analyst - WBI.

Key Responsibilities

• Make timely and accurate decisions on Short-Term Disability, Statutory Disability Insurance, and Absence Management claims
• Gather and analyze relevant information from various sources to ensure compliance with contracts and procedural documents
• Provide empathetic customer service and collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience; college degree is a plus
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in disability claims
• Knowledge of disability claims processes
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus
