A company is looking for a Short Term Disability Claims Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing interviews with claimants and gather necessary information for claims

• Review medical records and perform accurate financial calculations in accordance with guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in claims, leaves, or customer service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and adapt to changing business needs
• Must have internet bandwidth of at least 12 Mbps
