Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in claims, leaves, or customer service
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Ability to quickly learn complex systems and navigate multiple databases
• Must have internet bandwidth of at least 12 Mbps
