Job Summary

To support a high-volume hiring period, the remote Short-Term Recruiter will focus on sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates while ensuring a smooth recruitment process through December 31, 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying potential candidates through outreach and engagement
• Assessing candidate qualifications to ensure alignment with role requirements
• Facilitating the hiring process by scheduling interviews and leading offer negotiations

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong focus on sourcing and attracting talent across core insurance disciplines
• Adept at creating targeted candidate pipelines and managing candidate engagement
• Proactive working style with a willingness to learn and take initiative
