SIAM Presales Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Integration and Management (SIAM) Presales Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to RFPs, deliver presentations, conduct product trials, and support the sales team with technical proposals and effort estimations
• Interface with clients to understand their requirements and coordinate with partners for viable end-to-end solutions
• Engage in due diligence and analysis of client landscapes, providing insights on process and tooling transformations

Required Qualifications and Education

• Expertise in SIAM/ITSM solutions, including Business Service Management and Infrastructure Management
• Subject Matter Expert on ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, BMC, and others
• Knowledge of ITIL, SIAM, and ISO20000; familiarity with COBIT and Agile/DevOps methodologies is a plus
• Experience in client relationship management and business development
• Ability to work collaboratively with other architects to align solutions with business and IT strategies
