Key Responsibilities

• Develops business development and sales strategies, generates leads, and maintains referral sources
• Establishes relationships with prospective advisors and provides consultation regarding platform opportunities
• Manages the creation of proformas for prospects and oversees advisor transitions to the firm

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Marketing
• Minimum of five years of experience in Business Development or Sales, specifically in recruiting financial advisors
• Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) required
• Series 7 license required
• Extensive knowledge of business development in a financial services environment
