SIE, Series 7 & 63 Licensed Client Representative

Job Summary

To support clients during non-traditional business hours, the full-time remote Extended Hours Client Representative will manage inbound calls and chats, providing tailored solutions and fostering trust while holding active SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and chats to address service and trading needs of clients, requiring research and collaboration to resolve complex issues
• Educate clients on Vanguard's products and services, enhancing their experience and fulfilling investment needs
• Maintain knowledge of Vanguard's offerings and current market factors to provide informed support to clients

Required qualifications

• Active SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 regulatory licenses
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Commitment to exceptional client service
• Interest in financial planning and wealth management (preferred)
• Ability to adapt to evolving technology and desktop applications
