Job Summary

To support clients during non-traditional business hours, the full-time remote Extended Hours Client Representative will efficiently manage client inquiries through phone and chat, providing tailored solutions while fostering trust and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and chats to meet the service and trading needs of clients, resolving complex situations through research and collaboration
• Educate clients on Vanguard's products and services to enhance their experience and fulfill investment needs
• Maintain current knowledge of Vanguard's offerings and market factors affecting funds and products

Required qualifications

• Active SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Commitment to exceptional client service
• Interest in financial planning and wealth management (preferred but not required)
• Ability to navigate evolving desktop applications and technology-based advice offers
