SIE, Series 7 & 63 Licensed Client Representative

Job Summary

To support clients during non-traditional business hours, the full-time remote Extended Hours Client Representative will utilize their SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses to provide service through phone and chat, addressing client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and chats to meet the service and trading needs of clients, resolving complex situations through research and collaboration
• Educate clients on Vanguard's products and services to enhance their experience and fulfill investment needs
• Maintain knowledge of Vanguard's offerings and current market factors to provide informed support to clients

Required qualifications

• Active SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Commitment to exceptional client service
• Interest in financial planning and wealth management (preferred but not required)
• Ability to navigate evolving technology and desktop applications
