SIE, Series 7 & 63 Licensed Client Representative

Job Summary

To support clients during non-traditional business hours, the full-time Extended Hours Client Representative will efficiently handle inbound calls and chats, requiring SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses, while working remotely from an approved home address.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and chats to meet client service and trading needs, resolving complex situations and delivering tailored solutions
• Educate clients on Vanguard's products and services to enhance their experience and fulfill investment needs
• Maintain knowledge of Vanguard's funds, services, and market factors, while participating in special projects as assigned

Required qualifications

• Active SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 regulatory licenses
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Commitment to exceptional client service
• Interest in financial planning and wealth management (preferred but not required)
• Learning agility to navigate evolving desktop applications and technology-based advice offers
