SIE, Series 7 & 63 Licensed Client Representative

Job Summary

To support clients during non-traditional business hours, the full-time remote Extended Hours Client Representative will utilize SIE, Series 7 & 63 licenses to provide exceptional service through phone and chat, addressing client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and chats to meet service and trading needs of clients, resolving complex situations with tailored solutions
• Educate clients on Vanguard's products and services to enhance their experience and fulfill investment needs
• Maintain current knowledge of Vanguard's offerings and market factors affecting funds and products

Required qualifications

• Active SIE, Series 7 & 63 regulatory licenses required
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
• Interest in financial planning and investment advice preferred
• Learning agility to navigate evolving technology and applications
