SIE, Series 7 & 63 Licensed Client Representative

Job Summary

To support clients during non-traditional business hours, the full-time remote Extended Hours Client Representative will manage inbound calls and chats, providing tailored solutions while leveraging their SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and chats to address service and trading needs of clients, requiring research and analysis to resolve complex situations
• Educate clients on Vanguard's products and services to enhance their experience and fulfill investment needs
• Maintain knowledge of Vanguard's offerings and current market factors to provide informed support to clients

Required qualifications:

• Active SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Commitment to exceptional client service
• Interest in financial planning and wealth management (preferred but not required)
• Ability to navigate evolving desktop applications and technology-based advice offers
