SIE, Series 7 & 63 Licensed Client Representative

Job Summary

To support clients during non-traditional business hours, the fully remote Extended Hours Client Representative will utilize their SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses to provide exceptional service through phone and chat, addressing client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and chats to meet the service and trading needs of clients, requiring research and collaboration to resolve complex situations
• Educate clients on Vanguard's products and services to enhance their experience and fulfill investment needs
• Maintain current knowledge of Vanguard's offerings and market factors affecting funds and products

Required qualifications

• Active SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 regulatory licenses
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
• Interest in financial planning and wealth management (preferred but not required)
• Learning agility to navigate evolving technology and applications
