SIE, Series 7 & 63 Licensed Client Representative

Job Summary

To support clients during non-traditional business hours, the part-time Extended Hours Client Representative will manage inbound calls and chats, providing tailored solutions and fostering trust while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and chats to meet the service and trading needs of clients, resolving complex situations through research and analysis
• Educate clients on Vanguard's products and services to enhance their experience and fulfill investment needs
• Maintain knowledge of Vanguard's funds, services, and market factors, participating in special projects as assigned

Required qualifications

• Active SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Commitment to exceptional client service
• Interest in financial planning and wealth management (preferred but not required)
• Learning agility to navigate evolving desktop applications and technology-based advice offers
