Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Siebel CRM solutions
• Architect and deliver scalable and high-performing Siebel applications aligned with business objectives
• Oversee development activities, integrations, and provide technical leadership to the development team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Extensive experience developing and supporting Oracle Siebel CRM applications
• Strong expertise in Siebel configuration, workflows, eScript, and integration technologies
• Experience with software development methodologies and Agile delivery frameworks
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing or mentoring development teams
