SIEM Engineer III

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time SIEM Engineer III will engineer, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms, collaborating with various teams to ensure effective security monitoring and incident response operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineer, deploy, configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise SIEM platforms across diverse environments
• Support the infrastructure and components necessary for SIEM operations, ensuring reliability and performance
• Design and maintain integrations for security telemetry from various enterprise technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• At least five years of experience in cybersecurity, SIEM, or systems engineering
• Strong knowledge of SIEM concepts and hands-on experience with enterprise SIEM platforms
• Experience integrating data sources and security technologies into SIEM platforms
• Proficiency with scripting or automation technologies such as Python or PowerShell
