SIEM Security Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SIEM / Security Operations Engineer to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze security events using SIEM tools such as Splunk, Azure Sentinel, and QRadar
• Conduct incident response and threat detection activities in a Security Operations Center (SOC) environment
• Implement and manage security measures for cloud environments and on-premises systems

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in security operations or related field
• Proficiency in SIEM tools and log management solutions
• Experience with cloud security monitoring (AWS/Azure)
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Bash
• Knowledge of security frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK
