Signage Estimating Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Signage Estimating Specialist will prepare detailed estimates for national signage projects, review architectural drawings, and manage multiple bids while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate estimates for RFPs and active signage projects, capturing all associated costs
• Review and analyze architectural and engineering drawings to define project scope and ensure compliance with standards
• Manage bidding processes and maintain estimating records while identifying cost-saving opportunities

Required qualifications:

• Minimum five years of experience in commercial signage estimating, project management, or commercial construction
• Strong understanding of sign fabrication, construction methods, and structural engineering concepts
• Proficient in reading architectural and engineering drawings
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Preferred experience with national signage programs and project management software
