Job Summary

To support the development of advanced interconnect solutions, the Remote Signal Integrity Engineer will manage the modeling, simulation, and validation of high-speed digital systems while collaborating closely with engineering teams and customers throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support the development and deployment of high-speed interconnect solutions throughout the product lifecycle
  • Perform signal integrity modeling, simulation, validation, and troubleshooting for advanced connector and cable systems
  • Develop testing methodologies and verification processes for new product introductions and manufacturing support
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's or PhD preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in signal integrity, high-speed digital systems, or related electrical engineering disciplines
  • Hands-on experience with test and measurement equipment such as VNAs, TDRs, and pattern generators
  • Proficiency with simulation and analysis software including Ansys HFSS, CST, ADS, HSPICE, or MATLAB
  • Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and PCB design principles
