Job Summary

A company is looking for a Simply Secure Sign Moderator who will coordinate and facilitate eClosings in a team-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process closing documents for hybrid eSignings and prepare RON packages for closing appointments
• Maintain client relationships and provide technical support during the eClosing process
• Work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and multi-tasking

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-5 years of experience in real estate or mortgage industry preferred
• eClosing experience and notary commission are a plus
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and Google applications
