Job Summary

Owning the entire entity catalog for AtomEngine, the full-time Staff Simulation Data Modeler will manage catalog strategy, standards, and agent-directed production while working remotely to ensure the credibility and accuracy of simulation data for military applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead catalog strategy and maintain a structured catalog of entities across service branches, nations, and eras
• Research and codify governing principles for entity creation, developing defensible performance models
• Direct automated testing and verification processes to ensure ongoing accuracy and reliability of the content catalog

Required Qualifications

• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to make sound assumptions from incomplete data
• Experience directing AI agents and structuring review processes for data accuracy
• Familiarity with quantitative modeling related to military operations
• Excellent organizational skills for managing extensive catalog systems
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for authoring standards and knowledge documentation
