Simulation Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Simulation Engineer responsible for performing computer-aided engineering simulations to support product development and engineering initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare CAD/geometry for analysis and generate appropriate meshes
- Complete simulation tasks and support collaboration across product teams
- Post-process results and prepare technical summaries to aid in product development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering (mechanical, aerospace, civil, chemical, etc.)
- CAE experience using commercial simulation software (ANSYS, Altair, Siemens or similar)
- Competency in 3D CAD (Solidworks or similar)
- Working knowledge of programming (C++, Python, Java, or Matlab)
- Ability to travel for site visits, training, or conferences 3-6 times per year
