Simulation Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Simulation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, run, and validate discrete-event simulation models for manufacturing systems using Simul8 or PlantSim
• Analyze process flows, bottlenecks, material handling, and capacity constraints in automotive production environments
• Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and conduct "what-if" analyses for decision support

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrated proficiency with Simul8 or Siemens Plant Simulation (PlantSim)
• 3+ years of experience in simulation modeling within an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, layout planning, and production logistics
• Experience in automotive manufacturing facilities is preferred
