Simulation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Simulation Specialist to deliver immersive training scenarios using digital avatars.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of simulation scenarios accurately and professionally in alignment with learning objectives
• Engage with learners by providing excellent customer service and facilitating reflection sessions
• Organize and manage session schedules while adhering to policies and ensuring compliance with operational tasks

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a professional actor, with improv experience preferred
• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in customer service or hospitality
• Availability to work 20-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, within specified hours
• Able to complete a rigorous training plan of 61 hours within 4 to 6 weeks
• Must work from a private location with a strong and stable internet connection
