Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineer Team Lead for New Markets in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver scalable brokerage systems and manage API quality and performance
• Lead and develop engineers, set priorities, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team
• Collaborate with local stakeholders and global teams to meet regional requirements

Required Qualifications

• Strong backend engineering experience (Go or equivalent) and knowledge of distributed systems
• Experience in architecture ownership and technical leadership
• People leadership experience, including mentoring and performance management
• Background in financial services, fintech, or brokerage with regulatory awareness
• Fluency in English, with experience working with diverse stakeholders
