Job Summary

To support the expansion of personal finance offerings in Singapore, the part-time Singapore Licensed Personal Finance Coach will develop localized content, innovate financial products and services, and facilitate educational workshops while working remotely with occasional domestic travel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop localized content and identify gaps in personal finance topics for the Singapore market
• Innovate and create new financial products, services, and curriculum leveraging technology
• Facilitate workshops and one-on-one meetings to guide individuals in improving their financial habits

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of industry experience with a thorough knowledge of financial planning for Singapore's population
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) equivalent certification through the Financial Planning Association of Singapore (FPAS) is highly preferred
• Fluency in English and either Mandarin or Malay
• Proficient in leveraging technology to deliver clear and usable financial information
• Experience in public speaking and a coaching approach that emphasizes active listening and adaptability
