Job Summary

Providing essential support to borrowers navigating loss mitigation or foreclosure, the full-time Single Point of Contact Agent will assist clients in understanding their options, gather necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for borrowers during loss mitigation or foreclosure processes
• Communicate updates and options to borrowers regarding their financial situations
• Collect and analyze documentation needed for retention and disposition options

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to four years of experience in clerical or administrative activities
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
• Ability to identify and resolve issues with limited supervision
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
