Single Point of Contact Agent

Job Summary

Providing borrowers a single point of contact during loss mitigation or active foreclosure, the full-time Single Point of Contact Agent will assist clients in understanding their options, acquire necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate communication with borrowers regarding loss mitigation and foreclosure updates
• Gather and document information from borrowers for retention and disposition options
• Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance standards throughout the process

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two to four years of experience in clerical or administrative activities
• Proficient PC skills, particularly in word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Capability to identify and resolve issues with limited supervision
