Job Summary
To support the enterprise Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) capability, the remote SIOP Community of Practice Manager will establish governance, develop standards, and integrate insights across various business units while managing a team to ensure alignment of demand with capacity and critical constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and govern the enterprise SIOP operating model, standards, and policies across planning processes
- Lead the Enterprise SIOP Community of Practice to drive consistency, capability development, and adoption
- Define and manage enterprise SIOP maturity progression, assessments, and continuous improvement roadmap
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise planning, operations strategy, or integrated business planning
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional planning processes
- Strong understanding of workforce and operational capacity planning
- Experience governing or integrating resource-based and manufacturing-based SIOP processes
