SIOP Data Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SIOP Data and Model Specialist (dbt).

Key Responsibilities

• Govern and approve changes to planning templates and dbt models, setting policy parameters
• Lead migration from Excel to dbt frameworks, collaborating on forecast models and inventory policies
• Own data integration with NetSuite and Salesforce, ensuring data quality and monitoring health standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Statistics, or related field (MS preferred)
• 6-10+ years of experience in planning science with hands-on modeling
• Strong SQL and dbt experience, along with advanced Excel skills
• Proven product ownership of analytics/plan platforms, managing backlog and releases
• Experience in cross-functional or centralized technology/process improvement teams
