SIP Developer

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the SIP Developer will design, build, and operate SIP-based applications within the OMNIChannel platform, focusing on session management, SIP routing, and integrations across SBCs and AI-driven systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain OCCAS-based SIP applications, optimizing flows for performance and scalability
• Build and troubleshoot SIPREC-based recording and media flows, ensuring proper integration with various recording platforms
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and operational readiness

Required qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SIP protocol and SIPREC standards
• Expertise in Java / J2EE / SIP Servlets, with a deep understanding of call flows and SIP dialog management
• Proven experience with Oracle OCCAS or equivalent SIP application servers and SBC platforms
• Experience with CI/CD tools and infrastructure as code, along with familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS
• Expertise in using debugging tools such as Wireshark for high-volume SIP environments
