Job Summary

A company is looking for a SIP Services Engineer - Design and Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver, configure, and deploy contact centre and enterprise telephony solutions
• Design, test, and implement scalable and secure voice solutions based on customer requirements
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and incident support for production voice platforms

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SIP servers and SIP-based voice architecture
• 5+ years of practical experience in services engineering or voice engineering
• Practical experience with major contact centre or CCaaS platforms
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex voice and media issues at L3 level
• Hands-on familiarity with WebRTC concepts and browser-based real-time communications
