Site Acquisition Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Transactions Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute strategic terrestrial site infrastructure plans for infrastructure locations
• Collaborate with various teams to accomplish site acquisition and manage legal and regulatory compliance
• Prepare and organize regulatory body licensing paperwork and coordinate with third-party vendors

Qualifications:

• Business or Engineering degree (mechanical/electrical engineering, finance, or business) or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in business development, procurement, and financial analysis of complex deals
• 3+ years of experience in real estate, land use, or entitlements
• Ability to negotiate complex legal agreements and deal structures
