Site Activation Lead

Job Summary

Supporting one of the nation's largest federal healthcare modernization initiatives, the full-time remote Site Activation Lead will manage deployment activities across multiple healthcare facilities, ensuring successful implementation of new technology solutions while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead site activation planning and deployment coordination for healthcare technology implementations
• Develop and maintain implementation schedules, deployment plans, and readiness checklists
• Coordinate activities with Government stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field
• Five years of experience in enterprise technology deployments or healthcare modernization initiatives
• Experience coordinating multi-site implementations within complex IT environments
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Azure DevOps
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance
