Key Responsibilities

Manage effective delivery of site activation and oversee site operations within assigned regions
Coordinate with SSU specialists and ensure adherence to activation timelines and quality standards
Monitor regional study status, identify risks, and provide metrics to the SSU Oversight Lead

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
5+ years of relevant experience in CRO or Pharma organizations
Experience in site activation and management of clinical trials
Knowledge of clinical development guidelines and directives
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
