Site Activation Manager

Job Summary

Accountable for site activation project management within the Oncology therapeutic area, the full-time remote Site Activation Manager will oversee site identification, document collection, and contract status monitoring, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practices and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of accountability for site activation and startup activities on assigned studies
• Oversee cross-functional site activation activities to ensure milestones are achieved on time and within budget
• Develop and maintain site activation project plans while supporting risk assessment and issue resolution

Required qualifications

• A minimum four-year degree or nursing degree is required
• At least 4 years of CRO experience in Study Start-Up with country lead or manager experience
• Understanding of regulatory processes and guidelines, including ICH GCP and FDA/EU Clinical Trials Directives
• Proficiency in MS-Office applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across the business and work in a team-oriented environment
