Site Activation Manager

Job Summary

Accountable for site activation project management, the full-time remote Site Activation Manager will oversee site identification, essential document collection, and contract status monitoring to ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and regulations.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of communication for study start-up and maintenance activities on assigned projects
• Oversee project activities to ensure timely completion of critical path activities within budget
• Prepare risk assessment and mitigation plans, and report project status to stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• A minimum of a four-year degree in medical, biological, physical, health, pharmacy, or a related science, or equivalent education/training with clinical research experience
• At least 4 years of experience in the CRO/pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Start-up Management or Project Management
• Proficient in cross-cultural communication and fluent in spoken and written English
• Strong understanding of regulatory processes and ICH GCP guidelines
• Experience with MS-Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
