Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative support to medical directors and site leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist medical directors and site leaders with administrative tasks and coordination of schedules
  • Manage the administrative office functions and maintain professional interactions with hospital departments
  • Oversee new clinician onboarding and support site clinicians with corporate systems usage
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years' administrative experience required
  • Proficient in using Windows-based personal computers and applications such as Adobe, Excel (Intermediate to Advanced Level), and other database applications
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Must reside near Pittsburgh, PA or Western PA and be willing to travel occasionally for onsite meetings
