Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Budget & Contracts Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and ensure timely execution
• Generate and manage site budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards
• Coordinate contract tracking and maintain documentation for audits and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent scientific/commercial education
• 2+ years of budget/contract negotiation experience at CRO level
• 2+ years of experience building global budget templates
• Experience in the healthcare field, pharmaceutical industry, or clinical research preferred
• Direct site-facing experience is required
