Site Budget and Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Budget & Contracts Specialist, FSP.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) in collaboration with legal departments
• Generate site budgets based on approved country budgets and ensure accurate medical procedure cost research
• Manage contract tracking database and maintain compliance with internal approval processes and audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent scientific/commercial higher vocational education
• 2+ years of budget/contract negotiation experience at a CRO level with direct site-facing experience
• Experience in the healthcare field, pharmaceutical industry, or clinical research preferred
• Solid understanding of standard contract language and negotiation processes
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate documentation
