Site Budgeting and Contracting Specialist

Job Summary

To support a global team, the full-time remote Site Budgeting and Contracting Specialist will be responsible for preparing site budgets, negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements, and managing contract databases while ensuring compliance with legal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and ensure timely execution while collaborating with legal departments
• Generate site budgets based on approved country budgets and research medical procedure costs for accuracy
• Manage contract tracking databases and maintain a complete paper trail for internal audits and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent scientific/commercial higher vocational education
• 2+ years of budget and contract negotiation experience at the CRO level
• Experience building global budget templates
• Direct site-facing experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Solid understanding of standard contract language and negotiation processes
