Site Civil Manager
Job Summary
Leading the Civil team on-site for the BalWin4 and LanWin1 HVDC project, the full-time remote Site Civil Manager will coordinate and oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and project specifications while managing subcontractors and project timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Civil team on-site, consisting of subcontractors and GE employees
- Coordinate planning and preparation of construction phases in collaboration with the engineering and project teams
- Monitor construction execution to ensure adherence to safety standards, timelines, and budget constraints
Required qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Several years of experience in construction and project management, preferably in civil engineering
- Experience in leading a team on-site
- Knowledge of substation projects is advantageous
- Fluent in German and English
