Site Configuration Specialist
Job Summary
To support data management efforts, the full-time Site Configuration Specialist in Seattle, WA will load site configuration data, validate measurements, and coordinate with field teams while working onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Load site configuration data into internal tools using the Site Load UI Wizard and Intake Forms
- Validate entered data against source documentation and track site enablement progress
- Coordinate with field teams and vendors to resolve measurement discrepancies and escalate configuration issues
Required qualifications
- Experience with data entry in web-based tools or databases
- Ability to read and interpret site drawings, floor plans, or measurement documentation
- Proficiency in using spreadsheets and tracking tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple sites independently
- Effective written communication skills for cross-team coordination
