Job Summary
A company is looking for a Site Contract Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, negotiate, and finalize clinical trial agreements and ancillary agreements
- Analyze investigator fees and ensure alignment with pricing guidelines
- Manage the contract amendment lifecycle and provide support for site payments
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical study contracts at pharma or CRO environment
- Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business administration, health science, or related field
- Preferred soft skills: Negotiation capacity, proactivity, effective prioritization & organization
