Site Contract Specialist
Job Summary
Supporting clinical research projects, the full-time Site Contract Specialist will review and negotiate site budgets and clinical trial agreements while working remotely from Mexico City.
Key responsibilities
- Review and negotiate site budgets and clinical trial agreements (CTAs)
- Customize and prepare site-specific documents in collaboration with PSI Legal
- Track negotiation status in the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and manage the contract signature process
Required qualifications
- College/University degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both oral and written
- Previous experience in study startup operations
- Desirable experience with finance and negotiation
- Knowledge of legal documents related to clinical trial sites is a plus
