Site Contracting and Budget Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Site Contracting and Budget Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact with Investigative Sites for contract and budget negotiations
• Document all budget and contract activities in CTMS and maintain milestone data
• Manage site relationships and maintain communication within established timelines for the study or program

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• BS degree required
• Basic understanding of clinical trial budgeting process
• Ability to negotiate and execute ancillary agreements as applicable
• Experience in maintaining site documentation folders
