Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Contracts Lead - US/LATAM - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for project teams and sponsors regarding study site contracting activities
• Lead and provide expertise on Clinical Trial Agreement processes and negotiate contract terms with stakeholders
• Oversee site contracting strategies, ensuring timely updates and compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of experience as a Principal Site Contracts Specialist and 2-3 years in project leadership or a minimum of 6 years in site contracts within the clinical research industry
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, science, or a related field
• Knowledge of ICH and GCP Guidelines, as well as local regulatory requirements for clinical trials
• Strong organizational, analytical, and team management skills
• Adept understanding of the biopharmaceutical/CRO industry and applicable local regulations
