Site Contracts Lead

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of Site Contracts, the full-time remote Site Contracts Lead will implement Non-Disclosure Agreements, Clinical Trial Agreements, and Contract Amendments while ensuring compliance and liaising with clients on document execution status.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the initiation and completion of all Site Contracts in alignment with study start-up timelines
• Negotiate terms of Site Contract templates with Sponsors and assist in developing necessary documentation
• Report on the status and execution of contracts to clients, ensuring all compliance requirements are met

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in legal studies or life sciences; law degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Contract Lead, including legal expertise in contract language and negotiations
• At least 1 year of related industry experience, preferably in a CRO setting
• Understanding of contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and related documentation requirements
• Knowledge of Privacy Laws and regulations regarding cross-border data transfer
