Site Contracts Lead

Job Summary

To support biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies, the full-time remote Site Contracts Lead will oversee site contract negotiations, ensure quality in contract language and budget changes, and establish templates for new studies while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage oversight of all site contracts during investigator site negotiations for assigned studies
• Review and advise on contract language and budget changes requested by investigator sites, serving as a liaison with sponsors
• Establish and tailor contract templates for new studies, ensuring suitability with sponsors and country experts

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in legal studies or life sciences; law degree preferred
• At least 2 years of legal experience with global contract language and negotiations, preferably in clinical studies
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Contract Research Organization (CRO)
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP regulations and FDA Guidance Documents
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers to achieve project-specific goals
